Job Summary:
PLI is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple requisitions, sourcing qualified talent quickly, and delivering a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This position will primarily support our East Coast team, so flexibility to work East Coast hours as needed is required.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales hiring

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting platforms

• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates efficiently

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels

• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

• Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines

• Prepare and extend job offers

• Assist with onboarding activities as needed
